Overview

Uno is a mobile-first property management app operated by Futureview Group Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how Uno collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when people use our app, website and related services.

Uno is designed for rental workflows involving landlords, agents, tenants and vendors. The information we process depends on your role and the actions you take in the app.

This policy is written for standard app and website use. It does not replace any separate written agreement you may have with Uno or Futureview Group Pty Ltd.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, authentication identifiers, profile status and app role/context.
  • Property and tenancy information: property names, unit labels, tenancy records, invited tenants, lease-related workflow information and property management activity.
  • Maintenance information: maintenance requests, descriptions, statuses, notes, images or attachments you upload, vendor assignments and related timeline events.
  • Rent and payment-status information: rent reminders, due dates, reported payment status, external payment references and landlord review actions. Uno may record that a tenant reported payment, but this does not mean Uno processed the payment.
  • Vendor information: vendor business profile details, job assignments, job notes, work status and invitation details.
  • Device and technical information: device identifiers, push notification tokens, app environment, logs, crash information, IP address, browser/device type and security events.
  • Support information: messages, form submissions, email correspondence and information needed to respond to requests.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage Uno accounts;
  • provide landlord, tenant, vendor and agent workflows;
  • send invitations, rent reminders, push notifications and important workflow updates;
  • record maintenance, tenancy, vendor and payment-status activity;
  • provide support and respond to requests;
  • protect account security and prevent misuse;
  • maintain audit records and operational logs;
  • improve the app, fix issues and understand usage patterns;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

How information is shared

Uno shares information only as needed for rental workflows and app operations. This may include:

  • Between users in the same workflow: for example, a landlord may see tenant maintenance requests, a vendor may see details required to perform an assigned job, and a tenant may see maintenance progress.
  • With service providers: cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, push notifications, file storage, analytics, logging and support tools.
  • For legal or safety reasons: where required to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, investigate misuse or respond to lawful requests.
  • Business changes: if Uno or Futureview Group Pty Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or business transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Storage, retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Uno, maintain rental records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, support audits and operate the service. Some records may be kept after account closure where necessary for lawful, accounting, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to personal information to people and systems that need it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also request information about how your personal information is used.

You can request support, correction or deletion by contacting support@myuno.io or using the account deletion page.

Where a landlord, agent, tenant or vendor record must be kept for legal, accounting, audit or dispute reasons, we may retain limited information as permitted or required by law.

Children

Uno is intended for adults and business/property workflows. It is not designed for children to create accounts or manage rental workflows. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Uno without appropriate authorization, contact us.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice through the app, website or email where appropriate.
